UN system workplace mental health and wellbeing strategy
The United Nations System Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being Strategy is a comprehensive approach to address the needs of United Nations personnel and improve organizational capacities to protect and promote good mental health and prevent poor mental health. It was endorsed by the heads of management of all UN system organizations and applies to the whole of the UN system. The Workplace Mental Health and Well-Being Strategy is for all personnel, across diverse roles, contexts and environments, from deep-field missions to Headquarters.
A variety of organization-specific and inter-agency efforts have been made to address psychosocial well-being and mental health in the United Nations workplace. Refer to workplace mental health and well-being in the UN system for more information.
